Iranian hackers rampant in the Maya World
Site search services in China's largest engine Baidu.com is disabled crackers (malicious hackers) who called himself from Iran. Baidu.com Service reported stopping because of these attacks.
According to the report quoted a local newspaper of the Communist Party of China, Baidu site was attacked Monday (1/11/2010) night. They do Defacing attack by replacing the face of the site's home page with text in English that means "this site has been hacked by Cyber Army of Iran."
Defacing the identity of the perpetrator who has not been detected so far. Possible perpetrators of the same group also attacked Twitter.com mikroblogging service on December 18, 2009 and for the same trail.
According to Paul Ferguson, a security expert from Trend Micro, Baidu.com successful domain name was hijacked and redirected to a domain name server (DNS) who prepared the attacker. He said when the attack occurred, Baidu uses DNS at HostGator, a provider of Internet services in Florida are not commonly used control Baidu.com.
Baidu is currently the service's most popular serach engines in China with controls over 50 percent market share in the Bamboo Curtain country.
